教师简介：肖兴鹏，男，汉族，中共党员。2023年毕业于西班牙巴塞罗那自治大学，获理学博士学位。2023.7-2025.7在粤港澳大湾区精准医学研究院（广州）从事博士后研究。研究领域：肠道菌群失调及修复，利用微生物组二代测序和代谢组学分析方法寻找一些疾病的生物标志物，益生菌资源开发与利用。
